4. I will evaluate the machine repair items before maintenance; give the final price of maintenance item immediately;
perform the new items after your confirmation; before checking out, I will check one by one again with you;
5. I will estimate the maintenance time and follow up closely; in case of any delay, I will inform you immediately. If you
want to check the maintenance progress, I will replay to you within 10 minutes;
6. In the maintenance process, I will use six sets of interior protection and three sets of exterior protection for your car;
7. Provide genuine original parts, and do not mix the false with the genuine;
8. Whether you have any questions or needs, I will reply as soon as possible;
9. I will pay a return visit in three days to ensure the normal driving of your car;
10. Any suggestion or advice is appreciated. I will record each of your complaints, and address actively.
