Filling the machine
DANGER
Observe the safety instructions!
Observe the safety instructions given in chapter 2
“Safety instructions” and, especially, in
chapter 2.5
“Safety instructions on operation”.
WARNING
Risks from entrapment and entanglement caused by inadvertent contact with the
powered dosing augers!
Never bend over the upper edge of the receiving hopper when the dosing augers are under
power.
Never climb into the receiving hopper while the machine is under power or while the engine
of the front, farmyard or wheel loader is running.
NOTICE
Observe the permissible payload of the bedding implement (see Chapter 3 "Technical
data") and the axle loads of the front, farmyard or wheel loader.
Requirements:
The front, farmyard or wheel loader and the machine have been switched on (see
Chapter 7.5.1 "Switching the machine on").
Hydraulic system and control panel have been switched on.
There are no remnants or foreign objects in the receiving hopper.
There is no one in the danger area of the machine.

Work steps:
1.
Use the control system of the front, farmyard or wheel loader to swivel the receiving
hopper to the filling position.
The receiving hopper can be filled.
2.
Move the receiving hopper forward into the bedding material until the receiving hopper
is filled.
3.
Use the control system of the front, farmyard or wheel loader to swivel the receiving
hopper to the work position.
The receiving hopper is in the work position.
The bedding material can be transported to its destination.
