Checking the machine for proper operation 

 

NOTICE 

  Observe the information given in chapter 7.2.1 "Control panel" on how to control the 

individual functions of the machine. 

 

Requirements: 

 

The front, farmyard or wheel loader and the machine have been coupled and 
switched on. 

 

There is no one in the danger area. 

 

The machine is OK (faults corrected). 

 

Safety devices are in the safety position (e.g. covers fitted). 

 

The entire machine has been greased. 

 

Work steps: 

1. 

Secure the front, farmyard or wheel loader against rolling away (see Chapter 6.4 
"Switching off the front, farmyard or wheel loader and securing it against inadvertent 
start-up and rolling away"). 

2. 

Swivel the receiving hopper from the work to the filling position and back to the work 
position. 

3. 

Switch on the dosing augers. 

4. 

Switch on the conveyor belt. 

5. 

Allow the conveyor belt to run at different belt speeds. 

The function test of the machine has been completed. 

The machine is fully operational.
