DANGER
Risk of injury from inadvertent restarting!
Switch off the machine and secure it against inadvertent restarting prior to setup and
maintenance as well as repair and troubleshooting operations.
DANGER
Risk to persons from electric shock!
Only authorized qualified personnel are allowed to service and repair the machine in
accordance with the circuit diagram.
Electrical installations may only be performed by a specialist and in accordance with the
circuit diagram.
Close the control switch cabinet as well as all terminal and junction boxes following the
completion of the work.
Use only original fuses with the prescribed amperage.
Do not touch live components.
Switch off the machine and secure the main switch against unauthorized restarting before
working on electrical cables or opening the control switch cabinet.
Only work on the components if they are de-energized.
Disconnect the affected electrical component from the mains supply.
Only use tools insulated against voltage.
Inspect / test the electrical equipment of the machine on a regular basis. Correct any loose
connections, cables with damaged insulation or other defects immediately.
WARNING
Risks to a person's health from infections may arise if hydraulic oil escapes under high
pressure and enters the body!
Allow only a specialty workshop to perform work on the hydraulic system.
The hydraulic system needs to be depressurized before work on the hydraulic system may
be performed.
Make sure to use suitable tools when trying to find leaks.
Never attempt to seal leaking hydraulic hose lines using your hand or fingers.
Fluids (hydraulic oil) escaping under high pressure may penetrate the skin and enter the
body, resulting in severe injury.
Seek immediate medical attention if injury from hydraulic oil has occurred. Risk of infection.
WARNING
If gear oil is spilled during an oil change, the resulting slip hazards can cause personal
injury!
Clean up spilled oil immediately with a binding agent.
