Transporting and storage 

The door system is normally transported and delivered a certain amount of time prior to the assembly date. 

However, the door system is not assembled immediately after delivery.  

Externally  visible  damage  from  shipping  must  be  noted  on  the  freight  documents  and  a  complaint must  be 

made immediately. Claims for compensatory damages may only be raised within the valid complaint periods.  

Packaging for the door system is chosen based on the expected shipping conditions. For the protection of the 

door system, the packaging may not be damaged or removed until the time of final assembly.  

The client / operator / customer must ensure proper storage in these cases. The following is understood to be 

proper storage: 

 

Protect from direct sunlight! 

 

Protect from moisture and humidity! 

 

Individual packages may not be stacked! 

 

The instructions for storage printed on the packaging must be followed.
