5.4 Door panel construction
5.4.1 Fibreglass door panels
The door panel is comprised of double-plated fibreglass beams. They have light transmission of up to 78%
(depending on thickness, colour and thermal insulation properties). The fibreglass door panels are attached
to the header pieces and equipped with aluminium connector sections.
5.4.2 Design of the vision elements
The following vision elements are available as an option:

HT40: Real glass door panel with insulated glass

HT40, HT60: Two-walled panorama door panels with acrylic glass

HT60XL, HT80, HT150: Oval viewing window consisting of insulated glass installed in the
fibreglass door panel
5.5 Door frame
The door frame consists of two guide rails, in which the movement of the door panels are directed by means
of guide rollers. In the upper part of the two guide rails, consoles are attached that are connected to one
another with a connecting pipe. The connecting pipe transfers the motor torque to the non-drive side, among
other things.
Note!
In rare cases, condensation from air humidity can result in a minor and partially limited change in optical
characteristics. This effect is technically unavoidable, of limited duration, and has no influence whatsoever
on the quality or durability of our product.
Note!
Please note that intact glass panels are a requirement for the proper use of the system. The glass panels
influence the statics and geometry of the door panels.
Warning! Injuries and damage in the case of defective real
glass panels!
Always ensure that the real glass panels are in a flawless condition and are undamaged. Otherwise,
there is the risk of injury!

Do not operate the door system any longer if there is damage to the real glass panels!

Have the defective real glass panels replaced by authorised service personnel!
