• Execute 4 holes with 10 mm diameter on the floor
by the holes on the bottom floor;
• insert the small blocks (excluded from supply) into
the holes;
• secure the machine to the ground with 4 M8x80
mm bolts (excluded from supply) (
Fig. 4 ref. 1
) (or
with 4 8x80 mm stud bolts (excluded from supply)).
Tighten the bolts with an approximate tightening
torque of 70 Nm (52 ft
•
lbs).

Assembly procedures
9.2.1 Fitting the chuck on the flange
On models with threaded chuck
Screw the chuck with an Allen wrench (

on the flange (

FITTING
1. After making power and air connections switch on
the machine (the pneumatic chuck always opens
when the machine is switched on).
2. Switch the machine off by using the main switch
