5.2.7 Flame Arrester Bypass Connection (Optional)

WARNING

Inlet pressure >100 hPa with open bypass.

Risk of severe injury!

Risk of explosion propagation!

• The bypass must only be open when the inlet pressure (P1 and P2) is <100 hPa.

• Provide two pressure controls (P1 and P2) enable to activate the solenoid valve

(MV6).

• If

P between P1 and P2 is >10 hPa, the bypass must be closed.

• Install the bypass according to the scheme below:
