Possible cause

The cut-off value of the flow rate has been used.
The cut-off function must be enabled. See chpt. 13.4.9 Enabling the cut-off 

function.

The related event must be enabled. See chpt. 

13.10 Diagnostics: monitoring 

special events in the process, on the sensor or on the electronics.

What to do?

If necessary, increase the flow rate value until it is higher than the cut-off 

value.
