Installation of a gateway via Logix Designer

Gateway(s) must be added to the Ethernet (I/O Configuration):

Start the “Logix Designer” 

 

→

First, go “Offline”

 

→

Search  for  “I/O  Configuration”  and 

“Ethernet”

 

→

Right click on “Ethernet”

 

→

Select “New Module”

 

→

In the new window “Select Module 

Type”, select the appropriate device from 

the “Catalogue”: 

 

(use the filter function for a faster search:
