Connection of the Bürkert piezo-valve Type 6115 (6520)
Observe the polarity!

Terminals with designation Sensor 1.1 to Sensor 4.2
Connection of the above-mentioned sensors
Observe the polarity!

•

Two sensors are allocated to each valve.

Sensor messages:
- limit position of the connected process valve
- other values

NOTE

Please observe the instructions of the Conformity Certificate
PTB No. EX-97.D.2089X for the supply of the valve. More
information regarding the operation and installation of the Type
6115 (6520) valve can be found in the operating instructions
for these valves.
