Lift the saw by the frame and base and
place scroll saw on work bench.
Familiar yourself with the controls
and features of this scroll saw indicated
in the illustration.
NOTE:
When you mount the frame to the
base, at first you must plaste two taper
pins (see No.39 and No.40in exploding
diagram)into holes on base across the
frame for orientation. Then you mount four
bolts and tension them.
SETTING THE TABLE FOR
HORIZONTAL OR BEVEL CUTTING
The scroll saw work table can be titled
to the left for bevel cutting up to 45
degrees from the 0 degree or horizontal cutting
position.
A bevel scale is provide under the work
table as a convenient reference for
setting the approximate table angel for
bevel cutting.
