Avoid fingerprints on any optical surface.

For coated optical surfaces, use abrasion-resistant precision cloths.

How to lift off the top cover

NOTICE

Ingress of particles.

Risk of instrument damage.

Check proper seating and reliable locking before use.

u

Do not operate instrument when housing is open or unlocked.

To get access to the light source and the interferometer it is necessary to remove
the top cover of the instrument.
