4.2 , computer graphics card problem

1. Check whether the graphics card needs additional power

supply. Multi-output graphics cards with multiple output

ports generally require additional power supply. Whether

there is an output port switch control, please refer to the

instruction manual of the corresponding model graphics card.

2. Confirm that the HDMI/DP output port of the graphics card

has a bandwidth of more than 600M.

3. It is not recommended to use other signals to convert to

HDMI/DP, please directly use the HDMI/DP port on the

graphics card to connect to the multi-screen treasure.

4. If the graphics card of the computer is connected to the

Multi-Screen Device, check the control panel of the graphics

card to see if you see the name of the Multi-Screen Device.

5. It is best to install the latest version of the graphics card

driver, download the latest driver for the graphics card from

the official website, and uninstall the old driver before

installing the latest driver.
