Maintenance Schedule
• For maintenance of the power supply refer to the supplied manual (see "Further
Applicable Documentation" on page 76 ).
• For details of the maintenance schedule of the compressor unit refer to the supplied
manual "Technical Instruction F–50H Compressor Unit" (see
"Further Applicable
Documentation" on page 76 ).
• For details of the maintenance schedule of the cold head refer to the supplied
manual "Technical Instruction RDK–415D 4K Cold Head" (see
"Further Applicable
Documentation" on page 76 ).
