With the help of the scrollbar on the right side of the window it is possible to scroll
through the entire event log file.
Data Log

To display the data log window, select
Display
,
Data Log
or the F7 function key on
the computer keyboard.
Here the current recorded values with the date and time of the activated channels
are displayed. Limit failures are color coded for easy display recognition: red =
alarm, blue = warning, black = normal.
With the help of the scrollbar on the right side of the window it is possible to scroll
through the entire data log file.
Present Data

To display the present data window, select
Display
,
Present Data
or the F5 func-
tion key on the computer keyboard.
This window displays the present values and value limits for the channels (
). When you start the monitoring (select
Monitoring, Start
or F9) the system
will automatically switch to this display.
The present data window consists of five columns of operating and display ele-
ments.
The checkbox’s in the first column (left), allow you to switch the alarm function on
or off. When the checkbox is selected for a channel, the system will display an
alarm message when the limits are reached and initiate the alarm routine (tele-
phone call, fax transmission). When the checkbox is not selected for a channel,
the alarm message will be displayed, but the alarm routine will NOT be initiated.
The check box can only be changed when the system is in the
Monitoring-system
inactive
mode.
The second column (
Channel
) displays the description of the configured chan-
nels. Configured, but inactive channels are highlighted (see
, Channel 8 - UPS).
The third column displays the lower limit values (alarm, warning, normal) for the
supervised unit.
The fourth column displays the present value for the channels. In
“Monitoring-sys-
tem active
” mode, the present value that is being read is indicated by a green
light.
The last column (right) displays the upper limit values (alarm, warning, normal) for
the supervised unit.
To switch between the three possible limit values (alarm, warning, normal), select
the appropriate radio button under “
Display limit values
”.
In the
Last Events
window, the last events that occurred are displayed.
