Configuring the Chamber in DIFFRAC.MEASUREMENT
CENTER

Normally, Anton Paar stages come preinstalled with a new system or will be installed by a
Bruker technician upon purchase. They should therefore be ready to use. If this is not the
case, or for some reason the chamber needs to be reinstalled in DIFFRAC.MEASURE-
MENT CENTER, we refer to chapter

of the Appendix.

Operation

NOTICE

Operation above 300 °C requires vacuum. Operation below ambient temperatures
requires inert gas (down to ‑120 °C) or vacuum (down to ‑180 °C). See
