Handling Outboards

When lifting outboards

Center of gravity

Stand Clear! 
It might hit you 
as it swings.

If engine does not have fixed lifting bracket 
and you use Universal Puller, P/N 378103, 
and Lifting Eye, P/N 321537, or Lifting Eye 
and Adapter Assembly, P/N 396748...

Outboard can 
drop suddenly if 
hoist or engine 
stand are in poor 
shape, or too 
small for the job.
