The
Broughtons BUTLERS BELL
is designed to operate with any Mechanical Bell pull (supplied separately)
Kit Contents:
1 x Bell with preload spring
1 x Primary Pulley
2 x Secondary Pulleys
1 x Angle bracket for pulley
10M of Nylon Cord
Fitting instructions and screws and wall plugs.

The Broughtons BUTLERS BELL has been assembled for operation so the CORD will come from the left or right.
•
Take a moment to determine the location and number of pulleys required in relation to the final height and location of the BELL.
•
Locate the Primary Pulley Plate in line with the incoming cord.
•
The cord should not touch any part of the wall, simply run it from the bell PULL (supplied separately) through the wall and
through the eye of the Primary pulley plate, then screw the Primary plate to the wall.
•
Feed the cord round the pulley one complete turn.(as a temporary measure)

Installing the secondary pulley : -
If you are in any doubt about the method of fixing then you are strongly advised to employ and competent joiner or builder to do the work for you.
