Attaching the Keyboard LCD Unit

a

Slide the cover on the bottom of the Keyboard LCD Unit to remove it, connect the Keyboard LCD Unit
Cable, and then install the cover.

b

Connect the USB Cable on the Keyboard LCD Unit to the Keyboard LCD Unit Interface Outlet on the
side of the P-touch labeling system.

Note

• When you turn on the P-touch labeling system, the Keyboard LCD Unit is also turned on.
• The Keyboard LCD Unit can be installed on the P-touch labeling system by sliding it on the Top Cover (see

Illustration A).

• When storing the Keyboard LCD Unit, turn it upside down and slide it into the Top Cover to prevent it from

becoming dusty or dirty (see Illustration B).

• Use the Cable Holder to store the excess cable (see Illustration C).
