4. TROUBLESHOOTING
4.1 Troubleshooting for Error Display
4.1.1 All scanned data are printed as blank page.
4.1.2 The scanned data has exceeded the memory capacity when using USB.
The number of files or folders has exceeded the upper limit when using USB.
4.1.3 Security communication failed.
4.1.4 Authentication by set user name and password failed.
Access request to the server timed out.
Transmission with "to FTP", "to SFTP", "to Network" or "to SharePoint" failed.
4.1.5 The scanned data has exceeded the memory capacity of the machine.

The maintenance mode function
"Acquire white level data and set
CIS scan area" are not set. Execute the maintenance mode function

area". (Refer to
“1.3.5” in Chapter 5 .)
