- Check if the paper is jammed. If jammed, remove it.

The paper tray 1 is not installed.

- Check if the paper tray 1 is installed into the machine.

- Check if the paper is jammed in the paper tray 1. If jammed, remove it.

Open the Back Cover and remove the jammed paper.
