This value determines the maximum time elapsed from track voltage
loss until the locomotive shuts off. A Go-Pack allows the locomotive
to run during no track power which is desirable for bad switches or
dirty  track.  However,  to  prevent  the  locomotive  running  past  a
desired  time  when  power  is  intentionally  removed,  this  value,  in
seconds,  allows  adjustment  of  this  time.  A  value  of  0  disables  this
timer.
