Pressing this function while the engine is stopped activates the water
fill  sound  effect.    While  the  locomotive  is  moving,  pressing  this
function  decreases  the  chuff  intensity.  The  chuff  magnitude
automatically returns to its previous value over a time period.  If the
locomotive  is  stopped  and  the  sounds  are  off,  the  sound  unit  is
activated.  If  the  locomotive  sound  system  is  off,  pressing  this
function starts the sound system.
