The decoder’s couple slack sound effect volume is variable from 0 to 
255.    The  couple  sound  effect  arms  when  the  locomotive  is  not 
moving  and  the  function  is  pressed.    Once  armed,  the  sound  effect 
plays  once  the  locomotive  starts  moving.    The  amount  of  coupler 
slack sounds played is determined by CV178 while the time between 
the  sounds  is  determined  by  CV179.    A  higher  value  increases  the 
volume while a lower value decreases the volume.
