5 Operating the pump controller

5.6.1.5 Setting pump parameters
This section describes all adjustable pump-specific parameters. The settings for the
Hydraulics , Motor and Frequency converter pump components are made separately
in their own submenus.
In the settings menu for the Hydraulics pump component, you can also view the
supporting points for the pump curves.
The pump controller uses the supporting points for throughput and pressure to
c
alculate the pump’s QH characteristic curve. The pump controller derives all other
pump characteristic curves from the characteristic curve calculated.
The pump characteristic curves for a pump are displayed in the corresponding
pump single view (

section 5.7.3


Most settings are pre-configured by the manufacturer.

Check that the settings are correct before commissioning for
the first time.

