To keep cooked flatbread moist and warm, wrap in a slightly damp cotton towel. You can
also use a tortilla holder.

Any remaining Flatbread or Tortillas can be stored in your refrigerator. Stack the
tortillas/flatbread with a small piece of wax paper dividing layers. Seal the stack in a plastic
bag and store. Tortillas/Flatbread can be reheated using your appliance by allowing them
to come to room temperature first and cooking on the Bottom Cooking plate only.

You can also place Tortillas/ Flatbread in your microwave for 30 seconds and serve!
RECIPIES:

-Adding sauces, meats and veggies makes great Wraps and Rolls.
-Fill your homemade Tortillas with your favorite shredded cheese and steamed veggies for an

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
Salt (to taste)
1 Cup Water (as needed)
1-2 tablespoons Sesame or
Vegetable oil (to brush
dough)
In a large bowl combine the Flour, Salt and Oil.
Gradually add the water and mix thoroughly.
Knead dough into a smooth soft ball. Let it sit
covered for about 10-15 minutes. Divide the
dough in small balls. Cook as indicated in “Using
the Tortilla/Flatbread Maker”.

1 Cup Warm Water

1 1/2 Cups Unbleached (or
all-purpose) Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup warm water
In a large bowl combine Flour and salt (Oil if it
calls for it). While mixing gradually add water. If
the dough is too stiff add a little more water.
Divide the dough into small balls, cover with
plastic wrap and let them rest 30 minutes before
cooking. Cook as Indicated in “Using the
Tortilla/Flatbread Maker”.

1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2/3 Cup Warm Water
In a large bowl combine the Flour, Salt and Oil.

form in small balls. Cover with Plastic Wrap. Cook
as Indicated “Using the Tortilla/Flatbread Maker”.

3/4 Cup Boiling Water
1-2 tablespoons Sesame or
Vegetable oil (to brush
dough)
Place Flour in processor, add water slowly
through tube until dough forms a ball. Cover
dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30
minutes. Form small balls from the dough (should
render 24 servings). Brush one side of each
round. Flatten 2 balls at a time. Cook as Indicated
“Using the Tortilla/Flatbread Maker”. Pull the two
halves of pancakes apart after cooking.
