Using the Click-in Humidifier
The click-in humidifier is intended to humidify the patient air. It is
intended for non-invasive use only.
The click-in water chamber is for single patient use only. Reusing a water
chamber for a new patient might cause a risk of cross-contamination.
The Vivo 45 shall not be moved with a filled water chamber installed.
Prerequisites
• The water chamber must be installed in order to access the humid-
ifier setting on the Vivo 45 menu, both in clinical and home mode.
If the water chamber is disconnected and reconnected after usage,
the Vivo 45 will remember the humidity setting used.
• The click-in humidifier only operates during treatment. When the
Vivo 45 is in standby mode, the humidification is paused.
Read the chapter “Humidification” on page 20 before using the Vivo 45
with the humidifier.
The click-in humidifier and the circuit heating operates on the AC power
source only. If the AC power source fails and the internal or the external
battery activates, the click-in humidifier and the circuit heating will be
turned off automatically.
Maximum Humidifier Start-Up Period in Normal Use: 30 minutes
