Service Intervals

These service intervals are listed in addition to the new machine break in items as described in the
Operating Procedures section in Section 3.2.

4.3.1

Daily

Note:

Also refer to Section 3.3, Pre-Operation Trailer

Inspection Procedure.

Lubricate the 5th wheel plate and kingpin with

grease.

Check the frame and decking for cracks or

damage.

Check wheel hub oil level.

Check wheel condition and for loose wheel

nuts.

Check tire condition and inflation.

Check the air lines and connectors for

condition and leaks.

Check the air reservoir for leaks. Drain any

condensation buildup.

Check the brake drums/rotors for wear and

signs of over-heating.

Check the air suspension system for leaks and

damage.

Check the complete electrical system for

proper operation.

11.

Check all reflectors and marking devises.

12.

Check the fuel level in the hydraulic power unit

engine.

13.

Check the oil level in the hydraulic power unit

engine.

14.

Check the gooseneck lock pin is properly

positioned and secured in the holder.
