Trailer Suspension and Brake Controls

The Trailer Air Suspension Controls are situated in a box mounted on the Rear Axle Section, as shown
in Fig. 3-27.

Housed in the box is the Ride Control Valve, which has settings for 3 different ride heights; the
Suspension Air Regulating Valve, for over riding the air bag pressure; a Air Bag Pressure Gauge; the Air
Bag Pressure Relief Valve, used when dumping the air from the air bags; the Emergency Brake Release
Valve; the switch for the Rear Strobe Lights and the switch for the optional Strobe Light Battery Back-
up.

A chart on the inside of the door outlines the air bag pressure required for different weight loads.
