Before starting pyrolysis, remove any large-scale food residue that may be in the oven, in order
to avoid the risk of inflammation or excessive smoke production.
- During pyrolysis, the surfaces become hotter than during normal use; children should be kept
at a distance.
- Do not cover the inside of the oven with aluminium foil in an attempt to protect it from becom-
ing dirty: this will cause overheating and damage the enamel which lines the oven cavity.
