Our Flex/Side Fill Earloop Face Mask Dispensers are PETG dispensers that hold from 1 to 6 boxes of earloop
face masks; one model also holds either 1 standard or 2 cube boxes of facial tissues. These dispensers
are designed to be mounted on a flat, structurally solid surface using screws secured into at least 2 pre-
cut keyholes of the rear panel. We supply screws and anchors in the package that are suitable for 1/2”
thick drywall. Be sure to use a screw and anchor appropriate for the surface where you plan to install the
dispenser.
Recommended Tools:
3/16” brad point drill bit, cordless drill, Phillips head screwdriver, level
Installation Instructions
1. Choose a convenient location for the dispenser and clean it if necessary.
2. Review the included Alignment Guide and note the location of the keyholes.
3. On the solid surface where you intend to place the dispenser, draw a level or a plumb line based on the
dispenser you’re mounting. Refer to the diagrams on the Alignment Guide to determine the length of
the line you need to draw. Based on the distance shown on the Alignment Guide, mark 2 points along
the line that matches the dispenser you’re mounting.
4. Press your brad point drill bit or screw tip into the center of the points you just marked.
5.
Taking care not to hit wires, pipes, or other obstructions
, drill a pilot hole in each of your marked
locations sufficient to pre-drill the screws or to install the anchors. If you’re using the supplied anchors,
press 2 anchors fully into these holes until they are flush with the surface.
6. Completely remove the clear protective outer film from the dispenser.
7. Insert 1 screw into each of 2 keyholes and screw the dispenser into your pre-drilled holes or anchors.
Let the shafts of the screws slip into the upper notches of the keyholes. Tighten the screws to draw the
dispenser flush with your surface – but don’t fully tighten the screws at this point.
8. Check that the dispenser is level and plumb; adjust as necessary.
9. Once you’ve confirmed the dispenser is level, fully tighten all screws.
Be careful not to over-tighten the
screws so as not to crack the PETG material.
Take pride in a job well done!
Cleaning Instructions
To clean our PETG-based products, the best approach is to use warm, soapy water. A 3 - 5% solution of
hydrogen peroxide or a 70% solution of isopropyl alcohol can also be used to clean PETG without risk of
damage to the dispenser. Diluted household bleach (1/3 cup of bleach per 1 gallon of water) from a
supply made weekly is also safe; diluted bleach is not stable for long periods of time. Do
NOT
use harsh
disinfectants such as Lysol, Shockwave, or ZEP. Do
NOT
use cleaning fluids with acetone, ammonia,
carbon tetrachloride, denatured alcohol, or gasoline. To reduce the risk of scratching the surface of the
dispenser, only use a soft cloth for cleaning. Like most plastics, PETG can be easily scratched by steel wool or
abrasive sponges; therefore, do
NOT
use abrasive wipes or sponges on your dispenser.
