Heater Jacket Installation — S19-788H and S19-788HR
Heater Belt
Heater jacket
Align the spring clamp from the heater
belt directly below the eyewash yoke
assembly.
Make sure the heater belt and
tank are clean and free of debris.
Wrap the belt around the tank four
inches from the bottom of the tank.

Using a pliers or similar
tool, secure the heater
belt to the tank.

Align the pocket on the jacket, just
to the side of the eyewash yoke,
away from the retaining spring on
the heater pad. Slide the jacket up
the outside of the tank.

Close the zipper on
the pocket and lock
closed with screw
and nut provided.

Route the power cord out of the bottom
of the hook-and-loop slot in the jacket.
Secure the hook and loop strips on the
slot of the jacket. Pull the drawstring
tight at the top of the jacket.
D
Plug the heat trace cable and
the heater belt power cables
into the Y-cord. Place the plugs
and Y-connection body into the
inside pocket of the jacket. Tuck
any excess cable from heaters
inside tank jacket.
Route the three power cords out
of the bottom of the pocket.
