Backup-battery

The backup-battery assures the required power for steer and brake, in the event of failure of
the power circuit of the vehicle.

The backup-battery will be tested via a pulse test.

Important:

The backup-battery is not included in the delivery pack of joysteer® (storage and safety
aspects).

Only the following types are to be used as backup-battery. Th

e Parameters “Capacity Low”

and “Capacity Insufficient” has to be set correctly depending on the choice made.
