5.2 Maintenance
5.2.1 Weekly
- Check the degree of soiling of the air filter (1). The
colour of the air filter gets increasingly darker with
increasing soiling. Replace the air filter if it has
become completely discoloured.
5.3 Replacing the air filter
The air filter may only be replaced
by skilled technical personnel.
when it is not connected to the
electric power supply and not
pressurised.
- Open the two single-lug hose clamps (1) on the
air filter (2) with pincers or tower pincers. These
single-lug-hose clamps can only be used once.
- Pull the hoses (3 and 4) off the air filter
connections (5).
- Replace the soiled air filter against a new air filter.
- Push a new single-lug hose clamp onto each hose
(3 and 4), before pushing the hoses (3 and 4)
back onto the air filter connections (5).
- Press the single-lug-hose clamps (1) together
using pincers or tower pincers.
