DESIGNER PORCELAIN PANEL KIT - DVP41LKR-1
FOR USE WITH: DESIGNER SERIES FIREPLACES ONLY
INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE LEFT WITH THE OWNER AFTER INSTALLATION.
NOTE: INSTALL LINER BEFORE INSTALLING THE LOGS.
PLACING THE OPTIONAL PORCELAIN PANELS INTO THE
DVTL FIREPLACE:
1. Remove the Glass Door assembly and set aside.
2. Locate and remove the two Phillips head screws from each
side of the firebox face. See figure below.

Slide the left and right side porcelain panels into the firebox
and secure the panels with the screws removed in step 2.
See figure at right.

Install the Back porcelain panel to the back of the fireplace.
Please note that the angled flange with the two slotted holes
will be at the top. When placing the Back panel in place,
put one end all the way back in the corner against one of
the Installed Side panels. Gently rotate the other end of the
panel rearward towards the back of the fireplace.
5.
Align the top slotted holes in the Back panel (top flange) with
the pilot holes in the upper fireplace baffle. Use a Phillips
screwdriver to install two #8-18 x 1/2" screws to secure the
Back panel.
6. Liner installation is complete.
7. Re-install the Glass Door assembly.
