The program does not start.

Install the water outlet hose at a maximum height of 39 in. (1 meter).

Correctly assemble the pump cover.
Detergent dosage is too high.

Immediate measure: Mix one tablespoon of fabric softener with 0.5 US quarts
(0.5 liters) of water and pour the mixture into the left-hand compartment (not for
outdoor clothing, sportswear or items stuffed with down).

Reduce the amount of detergent for the next washing cycle with the same load.
Unapproved extension installed on the water outlet hose.

Remove any unapproved extensions from the water outlet hose.

The pump cap is not fully screwed in.

Ensure that the pump cap is screwed in all the way into the appliance. The han-
dle on the pump cap must be in a vertical position.

Note:
When loading, where possible, place large and small items of laundry to-
gether in the drum. Laundry items of different size distribute themselves better dur-
ing the spin cycle.
