Make sure that all of the hardware checks described in section 2 have been
properly carried out.

you may restore the original status of all values whenever you like.

Enter a file name for the original data, e.g. ”ORG_PAR.SCS”. The drive is
switched to phase 4, then reads all parameters stored in the FEPROM and
saves them in the previously specified file.

Setting of basic parameters
The factory settings of the drive parameters have been selected so as to en-
able you to drive the motor
for test purposes
without changing the parame-
ters.
In order to adjust the drive exactly to your application, a few basic parame-
ters have to be changed.
The parameters of other functions described in section 5.2 can be set ac-
cording to need.
The following parameter numbers are of relevance for the basic parameter
setting:

Operating frequency of the power output stage:
A low operating frequency increases the available electrical output power.
It must be set according to the selected motor/module combination: 4 or
8 kHz.
