7.12.3 myCro Function Description
●
Drive enables via both digital input and analog input together
The drive can be started only if both digital and analog input are available: For
digital input, select one of them to "22: Enable for myCro" by setting one of
F2.16...F2.24 = 22, and connect this DI terminal to switch. Also EFC run com-
mand source must be set to "panel" by setting E0.01 = 0, for example, to
make this function possible. For analog input, the feedback of oxygen sensor
will be monitored via the input channel that has been selected (by setting one
of F2.00...F2.02 to "4: Oxygen feedback (for myCro)"), and the drive can be
started only if the feedback is higher than F4.70, or can be stopped only if the
feedback is lower than F4.71.
●
Speed variable pump with constant pressure control
For myCro function, the pump needs to be accelerated rapidly to N_min, and
then accelerated slowly until the pressure command is archived.
myCro default setting is loaded by setting F1.20 = 4. The parameters are
F3.12, F3.13, F3.16, F3.32, F3.33 and F3.36.
●
myCro specialized warning and error message
Warning 1 : oxygen too high
Converter raises warning message if oxygen feedback is higher than [F4.72]
for [F4.73] hours. Warning index will be shown via displaying parameter d0.88
= 11, and this also set a high signal to a DO or relay, depending on which of
F2.36...F2.38 has been set to 4.
This warning is working only if F1.20 = 4, no matter that converter is in stand-
by or operation.
Warning 2 : pressure too low
Converter raises warning message if the pressure feedback is lower than
[F4.74] bar for [F4.75] s.
Warning index will be shown via displaying parameter (also for fieldbus)
d0.88 = 12, and this also set a high signal to a DO or relay, depending on
which of F2.36…F2.38 has been set to 5.
This warning is working only if F1.20 = 4, and converter is in operation.
Error : pressure too high
Converter raises error if pressure feedback is higher than [F4.16] bar for
[F4.18] s. For more information, please see
chapter 7.10.3 "Actual Pressure
Actual pressure monitoring, which is a FcP general function, will be active, if
control bit2 of F4.00 has been set to 1. Not as other myCro warning control-
led by F1.20.
