5.3.3

Operation and Navigation

Operation takes place in the same way as for the NC screen for one channel.

Active and Passive Channel

The F-and M-keys work for the active channel.
Pressing <F5> "Change active channel" swaps the active and the passive

channel. All keys work for the new active channel.

Operating-Mode-Dependent F-

Keys

Depending on the 3 operating modes "Automatic", "Manual" and "MDI", differ‐

ent F-keys are displayed.
The F-keys can be configured in IndraWorks Engineering.

Partial-Window-Dependent F-Keys

If the focus is placed on a partial window of the active channel, for instance the

MDI Editor window, the F-keys pertaining to this partial window are displayed.

Channel Selection

Pressing <F6 Channel selection...> opens a dialog for the selection of the

channel for the left and right sides.
Any change of the active channels always has an effect on the whole interface.
The active channel can also be selected via <OP6> "System".
