16 Disposal
16.1 General Information
Dispose the products according to the respective national standard.
16.2 Take-Back
Our products can be returned to our premises free of charge for disposal.
However, the products must be free of impurities like oil, grease or other im‐
purities.
Furthermore, the products returned for disposal must not contain any undue
foreign material or foreign components.

16.3 Package
The packaging materials consist of cardboard, plastic material, wood or ex‐
panded polystyrene (EPS). The packaging materials can be recycled without
any problem.
For ecological reasons, please refrain from returning the empty packages to
us.
16.4 Batteries and Accumulators
Batteries and accumulators can be labeled with this symbol.
The symbol indicating "separate collection" for all batteries and accumulators
is the crossed-out wheeled bin.
The end user within the EU is legally obligated to return used batteries. Out‐
side the validity of the EU Directive 2006/66/EC keep the stipulated direc‐
tives.
Used batteries can contain hazardous substances, which can harm the envi‐
ronment or the people´s health when they are improper stored or disposed of.
After use, the batteries or accumulators contained in Rexroth products have
to be properly disposed of according to the country-specific collection system.
