3.5 Adhere to the following instructions
3.5.1
General notes:
Observe the regulations on accident prevention and environmental protection for the
country where the product is used and at the workplace.
Only use Bosch Rexroth products in technically perfect condition.
If it should be necessary to disable any safety equipment temporarily, for example
for commissioning or maintenance work, always take the appropriate measures to
ensure that no hazard to a person’s life or health or to property may occur. Also
observe the superordinate operating instructions of the machine or system.
3.5.2
During transport and storage
The device must be packaged so it is protected against impact and moisture for
storage and transport.
The original packaging provides optimal protection. Also comply with the permissible
ambient conditions.
3.5.3
During assembly
Always depressurize and de-energize the relevant system part before connecting or
disconnecting plug-in connectors. Secure
the system
against restarting.
Lay the cables and lines so that they cannot be damaged and no one can trip over them.
3.5.4
During commissioning
Let the product acclimate itself for several hours before commissioning, as otherwise
water may condense in the housing.
Only commission the system if it is completely installed.
3.5.5
During cleaning
Never use solvents or aggressive cleaning agents. Only clean the product using a
slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Only use water and, if necessary, a mild cleaning agent.
