LSS lubrication
Initial lubrication takes place in the factory by Bosch Rexroth using Dynalub 510. The properties of this are as
follows:
• NLGI grade 2 lithium-based high-performance grease according to DIN 51818 (KP2K-20 according to DIN 51825)
• Good water resistance
• Corrosion protection
• Temperature range: –20 to +80 °C

Validity under normal operating conditions
We recommend using Dynalub 510 for relubrication.
Relubrication with fluid grease
f
Relubricate each lube fitting with the indicated relubrication quantity after reaching the relubrication interval.

See the tables for the relubrication intervals and the relubrication quantities.
f
Insert the lubrication quantity in two sub-steps, where one sub-quantity is half of the total quantity.
