How to operate your oven
Note that, in the case of appliances with a hob cover, the
burners in the oven must only be switched on if the hob cover
is open.
Oven lighting

Turn the control knob to the

The oven lighting switches off.
Operating modes
The following operating modes are available.
Operating the oven
Switching on the oven gas burner
1.
Open the appliance door.
2.
Press the control knob for the oven and turn it to the
maximum position.
3.
Keep the control knob pressed for a few seconds until the
flame stabilises.
4.
Close the appliance door carefully.
5.
Turn the control knob to set the desired temperature. Do not
turn the knob beyond the "Min" setting.
If the flame goes out
Switch off the control knob. Wait one minute and switch the
burner on again.

Risk of fire!
If the flame goes out, gas will escape. Never leave the gas
burner unattended during operation. Ensure that there are no
draughts.
Switching off the oven gas burner
Turn the control knob to the
Û
position. Press and hold the
control knob while doing this.
Operating the grill
The appliance door must be closed during grilling.
Note:
When using the grill, a cooking time of 60 minutes must
not be exceeded.
1.
Open the appliance door.
2.
Press and hold the control knob for the grill and turn it to the
"Max" position.
The gas burner ignites.
3.
Keep the control knob pressed for a few seconds until the
flame stabilises.
4.
Set the desired flame setting.
Note:
The flame is not stable between positions
Û
and "Max".
Always select a position between "Max" and "Min".
5.
Close the appliance door carefully.
If the flame goes out
Switch off the control knob. Wait one minute and switch the
burner on again.

Using the combination mode
Note:
If the grill gas burner and oven gas burner are operating
at the same time, the grill gas burner must only be set to the
lowest level.
Please note the following points when using the combination
mode:

Do not slide any food onto the two upper levels 3 and 4.

The temperature range marked on the control knob for the
oven only applies to conventional heating. When the
combination mode is used, the temperature in the oven is
higher than the temperature which was set on the control
knob.

The appliance comes with a safety switch-off function. In the
event of improper or excessive use, the grill gas burner
automatically switches off. It is normal for the grill gas burner
to switch off automatically in the event of excessive use. This
is not a fault in the grill gas burner. If the grill gas burner
switches off during the cooking process, leave the appliance
to cook for a few minutes and then switch the grill gas burner
on again at a low level.
Switching on combination mode
1.
Open the appliance door.
2.
Press and hold the control knob for the oven and turn it anti-
clockwise to the required temperature (between "Min." and
275 on the control knob).
The gas burner ignites.
3.
Press and hold the control knob for a few seconds until the
flame stabilises.
4.
Close the appliance door carefully.
5.
After 25 minutes, press and hold the control knob for the grill
and turn it anti-clockwise to the "Max." position.
The gas burner ignites.
6.
Press and hold the control knob for a few seconds until the
flame stabilises. Turn the control knob to the "Min" position.
7.
After 10 minutes, open the appliance door carefully and
place the dish inside.
8.
Close the appliance door carefully.
