The version check takes place after the begin and

execution of the Firmware update.

1 Description of the equipments and the components
2 Status of the components:
yellow button: a new Firmware is available on the PC, as in the

version of the component.

green button: The Firmware available on the PC is identical with the

version included in the component or the older one.

red button: The equipment and/or the component is not connected

or cannot be selected.

red line: The component cannot be updated due to technical

restrictions.

3 Version of the Firmware included in the component.
4 Version of the Firmware available on the PC.
5 Symbol for cable operation.

After updating the Firmware, a green status button

should be displayed for all the components:

Update of the communication processor

The communication processor shall be updated and

the result shall be displayed.
The step is executed only if the communication

processor can be updated and the firmware file
receives a current version as already existing or the
version check is deactivated.

Update of the measuring processors

The measuring processors of all the connected

sensor are updated one after the other and the

in the equipment or the version check is deactivated.

Changes are not executed (Keystrokes, cable

plugged / unplugged or similar) in the connected
equipments, as long as data transfer takes place. A
continuous data transfer is signalised by flashing all
LEDs in the operation field of the sensor.
