Fasten the EV 300 AC power unit to the
wall-mount, using two M4 screws (see
Fig. 8).

Plug the AC power cord into the power
outlet (see Fig. 9).

Receptacle Requirements
NRTL certified NEMA 14-50R receptacle must
be used. When used outdoors, the receptacle
must be protected by an in-use cover, according
to local electrical code.
7. Operation
7.1
Initial Power On
When first turned on, the green (ready), blue
(charge), and red (fault) lights all illuminate for
approximately 7 seconds.

When the charger is ready for use, the green
status light will remain lit.
7.2
Charging Sequence
1.
Plug charging cable into vehicle charging
inlet.
The blue LED flashes to indicate
charging in process (shown in Fig. 2).
When charging has finished, the blue
LED will stop flashing and remain lit.

Remove charging connector from EV, when
charging is complete.
8. General Maintenance

The EV 300 does not contain any user-ser-
viceable parts. Do not open the EV 300;
opening voids the warranty.
8.1
Daily Maintenance
$
Check for signs of liquid penetration;
disconnect power if any is found.

Check charging connector for signs of
damage; discontinue use if any is found.
$
Wipe clean with damp, non-abrasive cloth
and non-abrasive cleaner.
9. Decommissioning
9.1
Temporary Shutdown
For an extended period of non-use:

Disconnect the EV 300 electrical port from
the voltage supply.
