Vertical Adjustment Feature
Two adjustment screws on each support
skid allow the user to vertically position the
support skids with a maximum travel of 5.5
inches. These screws can be actuated up
and down with any ¾
"
wrench, ratchet, or
cordless drill but the use of an impact driver
is prohibited.
See Figure 5.
WARNING: To prevent personal
injury and/or property damage,

Do not use an impact driver to adjust
height. Damage to adjoining knuckle
joints could occur.

Ensure skids are at the same height
and level to promote an even load
distribution of the vehicle onto the
cart.

Horizontal Adjustment Feature
To accommodate various battery sizes, this cart has a lateral adjustment function allowing the user to
position the support skids to various lockable positions.
1. Pull the black plunger pin knob and slide the shackle assembly in the direction of the desired position.
See Figure 6.
2. Release the knob when plunger is aligned with one of the slots along the frame. Continue sliding the
shackle assembly slightly until plunger has clicked into position and is fully engaged in the slot.
3. Repeat the above steps for all four plunger knobs until the support skids are at the desired width.
CAUTION: To prevent equipment damage,

Do not position knob in between the holes along the frame. Ensure Shackle Assembly Knob is
securely locked into one of the positioning holes.
