that conveyor trenches are traversable by installing the acceleration element.

Assembling the acceleration element (1/2)
Please note:
Perform the steps on both
sides in parallel.
1.
Remove the gear motor.
2.
Remove the outer
protective case halves.
3.
Using a wrench,
turn the drive shaft in the
conveying direction until
the chain lock appears
on the chain tensioner.
You can recognize
the chain lock of the
accumulation roller chain by
the galvanized tab

4.
Pull the chain
tensioner up

) and fi x
it in its end position with
a pin or screwdriver.

) BS..., reversible: unlock the
chain tensioner by lifting the
"latch"

Open the chain at the
chain lock.
6.
Remove the drive
head covers.
7.
Pull the chain back until
the sliding piece in the
drive head is exposed.
8.
Replace the sliding piece
with the supplied sliding
piece
