Startup and basic
functions
If you installed the device as described in the
"Installation" section, you can start it up. Use
the remote control to utilise all the device
functions.
Note:
If the DVP08 is integrated as an
external video source in the Coach
Professional Line 3, you must use the
buttons on the DVP08 to operate it,
since unintentional interaction can
occur if the remote controls from the
DVP08 and the Coach Professional
Line are used in parallel.
Preparing the remote control for
use
When you operate the device for the first time,
you must first insert the batteries in the remote
control.
Inserting the batteries

Open the battery compartment by
removing the cover.
f
Insert the new batteries. Battery classifi-
cation: Two AAA batteries. Make sure that
the battery poles are positioned as shown
in the battery compartment.

Close the battery compartment.
Selecting the IR input
The DVP 08 may be installed in a location
where the integrated IR sensor

cannot be
reached by the remote control. In this case you
can install an optional external IR sensor
