Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei
Fragen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Fachhandel von dem Sie dieses
Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Orthese zur Stabilisierung
des Beckens und der Symphyse.
Indikationen
DE:
Symphyseninsuffizienz, Symphysensprengung, Gefügelockerung des ISG/
Symphysis pubica, nach Geburt
AT:
Beckenringsprengung, Schambeinbrüche, Lockerung oder Dehnung der
Symphyse
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen einschließlich unklare Weichteilschwellungen,
Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen der versorgten Körperregion,
Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten Körperabschnitt.
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem
Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf offenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten
Materialien
– kein Wiedereinsatz – dieses Hilfsmittel ist zur Versorgung eines Patienten
bestimmt
– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von
Cremes oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material
zerstören
Anziehanleitung
Öffnen Sie die Orthese und lockern Sie die Zuggurte. Legen Sie die
geöffnete Orthese nun zirkulär um die Hüfte. Hinsichtlich der korrekten Höhe
positionieren Sie das Hilfsmittel mittig auf dem Becken, so dass der obere
Rand (Einnähetikett) der Orthese den oberen Beckenkamm nicht übersteigt
bzw. in die Taille hineinreicht.
Schieben Sie die Finger in die dafür vorgesehenen Fingerlaschen am
Verschluss der Bauchplatte. Ziehen Sie nun mit beiden Händen die
Verschlussplatten gleichmäßig nach vorn. Legen Sie die linke Verschlusshälfte
auf den Bauch und positionieren Sie die rechte Verschlusshälfte so weit über
die linke, bis Sie diese auf der linken Verschlusshälfte aufkletten können.
Beim Aufkletten die Finger zuerst aus der linken, dann aus der rechten
Fingerlasche ziehen.
Nehmen Sie nun beide Zuggurte in beide Hände und ziehen Sie diese
gleichzeitig und gleichmäßig nach vorn, bis die gewünschte Krafteinwirkung
(Stabilisierung) aufgebaut ist. Anschließend kletten Sie beide Zuggurte auf der
Bauchplatte fest.
Ablegen
Zum Ablegen der Orthese öffnen Sie die Zuggurte sowie den frontalen
Verschluss und legen Sie die Orthese ab.
Materialzusammensetzung
Polyamid (PA), Polyester (PES), Viskose (CV), Elasthan (EL), Baumwolle (BW)
Die genaue Materialzusammensetzung entnehmen Sie bitte dem eingenähten
Textiletikett.
Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang Nicht chemisch reinigen Nicht bleichen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen
Nicht bügeln
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen.
Klettverschluss schließen, um die Beschädigung anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden.
Gewährleistung
Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des
Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend
beachtet, so kann die Gewährleistung beeinträchtigt werden bzw. entfallen.
Ausgeschlossen ist eine Gewährleistung bei nicht indikationsgerechter
Anwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Anwendungsrisiken, -hinweise sowie
eigenmächtig vorgenommenen Änderungen am Produkt.
Nutzungsdauer / Lebensdauer des Produkts
Die Lebensdauer des Medizinprodukts wird durch den natürlichen Verschleiß
bei sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.
Meldepflicht
Kommt es bei der Anwendung des Medizinproduktes zu einer
schwerwiegenden Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann
melden Sie dies Ihrem Fachhändler oder uns als Hersteller sowie dem BfArM
(Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte).

Please read the existing instructions for use carefully. If you have any
questions, please refer to your physician or the specialist retailer from whom
you purchased this medical device.
Intended purpose
This medical device is a brace for stabilising the pelvis and symphysis.
Indications
Symphysis insufficiency, symphysis rupture, structural loosening in the area of
the iliosacral joints/pubic symphysis, after birth
Contraindications
Impaired lymphatic drainage including unclear soft tissue swelling, impaired
sensation and circulation in the specific body region, skin diseases in the
specific part of the body.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received
the medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding
its use.

– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary
– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your
physician

– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient
– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material.
Fitting instructions
Open the brace and loosen the tension straps. Then place the opened brace
circumferentially around the hip. Regarding the correct height, position the aid
centrally on the pelvis so that the upper edge (sewn-in label) of the brace is
not higher than the upper iliac crest or extends to the waist.
Push your fingers into the finger flaps intended for this purpose at the ventral
plate fastening. Then use both hands to pull the latch plates forwards evenly.
Place the left latching half on the stomach and position the right latching half
far enough over the left one so that you can Velcro it onto the left latching
half. When attaching it using Velcro, remove the fingers first from the left and
then the right finger flap.
Then take both tension straps in both hands and pull them forward
simultaneously and evenly until the desired physical influence (stabilisation)
has been built-up. Following this, attach both tension straps firmly to the
ventral plate using Velcro.
Removal
To remove the brace, open the tension straps and the front fastening and take
the brace off.

Cleaning information

Close the Velcro fastening to avoid damage to other laundry items.

Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.
Duty of notification
If a serious worsening of the state of health occurs when using the
medical device, you are obliged to notify the specialist dealer or us as the
manufacturer and the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency
(MHRA).

Disposal

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est une orthèse de stabilisation du bassin et de la
symphyse.
Indications
Insuffisance symphysienne, éclatement de la symphyse, relâchement
des structures de l’articulation sacro-iliaque/de la symphyse pubienne,
post-accouchement
Contre-indications
Troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris tuméfaction des tissus mous
d’origine inconnue, troubles de sensation et de la circulation sanguine des
régions corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones traitées.
Risques inhérents à l’utilisation/Remarques importantes
Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre
médecin prescripteur pour en connaître l’utilisation et la durée de port. Le
choix de la taille ainsi qu’une présentation du produit seront réalisés par le
personnel spécialisé qui vous fournira ce dispositif médical.

Instruction d’application
Ouvrez l’orthèse et desserrez les sangles de traction. Posez maintenant
l’orthèse ouverte de façon circulaire autour de la hanche. Pour obtenir la
hauteur correcte, positionnez le matériel au milieu du bassin de manière à ce
que le bord supérieur (étiquette cousue) de l’orthèse ne dépasse pas la crête
iliaque supérieure et n’arrive pas à la taille.
Glissez les doigts dans les languettes pour les doigts prévues situées au
niveau de la fermeture de la plaque abdominale. Avec les deux mains, tirez
maintenant vers l’avant les plaques de fermeture de façon uniforme. Posez la
moitié gauche de la fermeture sur l’abdomen et positionnez la moitié droite de
la fermeture aussi loin que possible par-dessus la gauche, jusqu’à ce qu’elle
